Question I'm having trouble placing my order on your website. Help!
AnswerOrdering via the website is preferable as you are able to check sizes and zoom in on images of products but if you’ve already chosen your items and are having trouble checking out, please don’t hesitate to send us a message via Viber (09173178276) or Instagram DM so we can help you finalize your order.
Question My shipping address is Metro Manila but I cannot locate it in Provinces list. Where is it?
AnswerType ‘Met’ and the dropdown menu will instantly show you the Metro Manila option.
Question I’ve already submitted my order, but I need to make a change! What do I do? Is it too late?
AnswerSend us a message on Viber (09173178276) with your name and order number together with your requested changes and we’ll respond to you ASAP!
Question I live abroad, can I still order?
AnswerUnfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment.
Question Can I cancel my order?
AnswerCancellation of orders are not allowed. We take cancellations very seriously and tag names as bogus buyers if an order gets cancelled for any reason. Please send us a Viber message (09173178276) or email us at hello@thenowvintage.com if you would like to extend your reservation period instead of cancelling an order.
Question What is your Return Policy?
AnswerAt the moment we do not accept any returns for any reason except for wrong items delivered. Please send us an email at hello@thenowvintage.com within 24 hours of receiving your order if you find that we shipped you a wrong item.

We inspect all items prior to being photographed for posting and try our hardest to make sure you receive an item in perfect condition. Since these are thrifted pieces and are preloved, some signs of use may be visible. We do offer store credit equal to the amount you paid for the item should you encounter any flaw in the piece that would deem it unwearable. In this case, please send us a photo via email (hello@thenowvintage.com) of the piece with the flaw clearly shown.

AnswerAccount details will be emailed to you once your order is successfully placed.
Question How much does shipping cost?
AnswerDoor-to-door shipping to Metro Manila is P60.

Provincial (including Rizal, Batangas, Laguna, Cavite, etc.) door-to-door shipping is P130.

Question Which couriers do you use?
AnswerPrepaid orders for Metro Manila are shipped via Dash Delivery (https://www.dashdelivery.com.ph)

Cash-On-Delivery and provincial orders are shipped via Xpost (https://www.xpost.ph/)

Question Can you ship via GrabExpress/same day delivery?
AnswerYes and no! Please send us a message via Viber (09173178276) before placing an order to make sure someone can accommodate this request and pack and ship your order the same day.

Note that this option is only open to Metro Manila and some areas of Rizal (Cainta, Pasig, Taytay, Antipolo) and that you won’t be able to use Cash On Delivery, order must be paid via online bank transfer immediately and shipping costs will vary depending on location.

Question When do you ship out orders?
AnswerFor Cash On Delivery orders:

Your order will be shipped the next business day and courier will collect payment upon delivery. We send out tracking numbers via email once shipped. If payment is not ready at time of delivery or there is no one available to receive and pay for the order at the shipping address provided, parcel will be returned to us and your order will be cancelled.

For orders paid via bank deposit/Paypal/credit card/remittance:

Your order will be shipped the next business day. We send out tracking numbers via email once shipped.

Question How long does shipping take?
AnswerDelivery to Metro Manila areas take 1-3 business days. Provincial deliveries take 2-5 business days.
Question Do you have a physical store?
AnswerCurrently we are an online-only store. This allows us to keep prices as low as possible.
Question Do you accept resellers?
AnswerNo we do not.
Question Will you restock this item?
AnswerAll pieces are thrifted so restocking is not possible. We do however try to find similar pieces if a style is in demand.
